Al Salhiya Shipping in UAE
  •  Free Shipping on 5kgs below total item's weight, with 249 AED above purchased, below 5Kgs. value across all cities in the U.A.E. except some Remote /Non-service areas.
  •  An additional charges for Remote/Non-service areas depends on area or case to case with below 2000 AED purchased value
  •  Express Delivery charge is 50 AED within covered areas, the package will receive within 2 working days.
  •  Some of the Remote/Non-service areas are below: 
             Dibba City, Dibba Al Hassan, Madam, Hatta, Al Wagan, Al Qua, Bidda Zayed, Liwa, Gayathi, Marfa, Ruwais, Tarif, Sila, Madinat Zayed and other regions in Gayathi 

Important Note: If you fail to receive your ordered items at your location, you can request another delivery within the next 3-5 business days, and we will proceed with a second transfer for a fee.

Customer Pickup / Store Pickup
  • Free Store Pickup (wait for the advice when you can collect the items from the nearest showroom)
  • Free Warehouse Pickup (same day pick up request is possible within Office Timings)
  • The customer can book online at salhiyalighting.com and collect the item at the nearest shop's location.
  • The pickup schedule depends on the item's availability. 

Delivery Duration

  •  Normal Delivery within Dubai Covered Areas will be within 3-5 working days.
  •  Normal Delivery within Abu Dhabi Covered Areas will be within 5-7 working days.
  •  During the Sale, period Delivery may take 7 to 10 Working Days for Dubai and 10-12 Days for Abu Dhabi

Some exceptional cases (like material not available, material getting from other branches/ warehouses ) Delivery may delay (Note: no compensation will be provided to the customer). 

Note: We do not provide installation of our items.

  • salhiyalighting.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  • To Remove the COD Fee, you can pay online or may collect the items from any nearest showroom or warehouse.

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?

Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

What if I miss a delivery?

If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. Simply call our Customer Support team on ٠٠٩٧١٠٤٣٣٠٣٣٢٧, and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, but the Invoice should be created first before coming to our pickup locations, you call our contact center at 04 330 3327 or WhatsApp them at 052 777 0282 to arrange the material in the warehouse / any of our Retail Shops.

Do you deliver to free zones?

We’re sorry, we do not deliver to free zones at the moment.

Can I remove the COD Fee?

Yes, absolutely you can! You may pay online to remove the COD Fee or else may collect the purchased item to our available pickup locations.
