Shipping in UAE

Al Salhiya Lighting Center provides free shipping on purchased 250 AED and above across all cities in the U.A.E except some Remote / Non service areas. Above 2000 it will be free delivery for Remote/ Non service areas. Below 2000 AED there must be aditional charges for Remote/ Non service areas depends on area or case to case. However, there might be limitations on delivering items to areas that come under custom regulations, such as all Free zone areas, military bases etc.

We also offer Express Delivery, within 3 days with an aditional charge of  200 AED only with in service areas.

Some of Remote/ Non service area are below:

Dibba City, Dibba Al Hassan, Madam, Hatta, Al Wagan, Al Qua, Bidda Zayed, Liwa, Gayathi, Marfa, Ruwais, Tarif, Sila, Madinat Zayed and other region in Gayathi

Customer Pickup / Store Pickup

We are also provides Store Pickup facility. Customer can book online and collect from selected our retail shops location.

Delivery Duration

All Lighting  items normal delivery period is 5 to 7 working Days. During the Sale period Delivery may take 7 to 10 Days.

Some exceptional cases (like material not available, material getting from other branches/ warehouses ) Delivery  may delay (Note: no compensation will be provided to customer). 

Note : Any item below AED 1500,  installation will not be provided (depends on some exceptional cases). If installation needed aditional charges may apply. No refund will process  for these items.

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?

Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

What if I miss a delivery?

If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. Simply call our Customer Support team on +971 4 330 3327, and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, but you call our delivery team to arrange material in warehouse / any of our Retail Shops.
