I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?
Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.
What if I miss a delivery?
If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. Simply call our Customer Support team on +971 4 330 3327, and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, but the Invoice should be created first before coming to our pickup locations, you call our contact center at 04 330 3327 or WhatsApp them at 052 777 0282 to arrange the material in the warehouse / any of our Retail Shops.
Do you deliver to free zones?
We’re sorry, we do not deliver to free zones at the moment.
Can I remove the COD Fee?
Yes, absolutely you can! You may pay online to remove the COD Fee or else may collect the purchased item to our available pickup locations.
