RETURN / REFUND POLICY

If Goods are returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, we shall offer Exchange, Credit Note or Refund of the invoice value, provided the following conditions are maintained:

  • Goods are in working condition,
  • Goods are free from any Scratch or Damage,
  • Goods are NOT opened OR repacked in the Original Packing,
  • Goods are un-used and NOT installed,
  • All spare parts & accessories are returned in original packing along with the Packed Items.
  • Original Invoice is mandatory for the Exchange / Credit Note / Refund. 
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, we shall be able to honor any request for Exchange / Refunds Or Credit Note if the above points are not followed.


NO Exchange / NO Refund, or NO Credit Note for: 

  • Customized Chandeliers and decoration lights,
  • On Sale Items,
  • Display Products,
  • Last Piece Goods.


Patrons are requested to check the quality, working condition of the items, during purchase and after the delivery, to avoid any inconvenience.
If any damage is not reported during purchase & delivery, we shall not be liable to offer any Exchange, Credit note or Refund.

Note:

  • After receiving the goods, if the customer didn't like the quality. The customer should immediately return to the delivery team, otherwise we will deduct 25% from the total amount and balance will be given as a Credit Note to be used for the next order (Exceptional Cases will be refunded) and delivery charge of AED100 will be paid by the customer.
  • For bulk orders or projects, if the above Terms and Conditions are met, 30% deduction from the amount paid should be charged with the AED100-AED200 delivery charge and a credit note will be provided.
  • Credit Note can be only redeemed on Website, not in the showroom.
